Here’s my professional truth, it’s about discovering the Inspired Leader within…
I am a certified coach, mentor, and professional member of CPA Australia. I am passionate about empowering women like you who are midway through their corporate careers and are ready for change and transformation.
Women who say “ENOUGH! No more excuses. No more waiting. I’m ready to let go of the bullsh#t getting in my way and discover the Inspired Leader within me.”
But…you aren’t sure where to start, how to start, who can help you, what you want to do, and you have no idea when you will get there.
It feels overwhelming, it feels uncertain, it feels scary.
This is my journey…

I didn’t step away from a successful corporate career spanning 20+ years because I burned out. To tell you the truth, I stepped away because even at the senior leadership level, deep down, I felt empty and unhappy.
The realisation hit me: I was living someone else’s definition of success, not my own. If I didn’t make changes now, this feeling of emptiness and unhappiness would eventually destroy me from the inside
I was feeling frustrated and stuck and although I had no idea where to start, how to start, who could help me, what I wanted to do, and no idea when I would get there, whatever there was. I did know I wasn’t ready to accept that this is just the way it is.
Something needed to change…

It was at a networking workshop in Shanghai, that I sat with my skills, experience, and qualifications written before me. I didn’t know how to answer this question “What do I want to do?
When the facilitator’s intention to train as a coach sparked my curiosity. I immediately added “Coach” to my list. (not realising how important this moment was)
Within weeks, I enrolled at Jay Shetty Certification School, began mentoring a university student, secured my first coaching client, and later shared my experiences at a Symposium—all while maintaining my corporate job.
For the first time in ages, I felt genuine excitement and fulfillment.
I stopped blaming my corporate role and isolation for my dissatisfaction; instead, I found my inspiration and took control of my life and career, transforming into an Inspired leader from within.

Kia ora (hello). Now here’s my personal truth, it’s about embracing who I am (all of me) and celebrating me…
I procrastinated for 17 years to complete my degree & obtain my CPA professional qualification.
I did have every intention to complete it within 12 months of moving countries however life happened – marriage, kids, work, fun, other studies. When 10 years passed I was too afraid to even find out whether I could still graduate. My number 1 thought was, “I would rather not know than be told no”. It was through a lot of self-discovery and coaching that I was able to acknowledge and let go of my fears. The result after a further 9 months was successfully graduating. Ironically I was no longer in a corporate role.
Do you struggle with procrastination? Find yourself frustrated that you don’t seem to be able to get things done or finished?
This resource is a great way to get started prioritising what is most important and taking the small action steps!
Up until I was 46 I believed I was terrible at public speaking. I had been told as a teenager I spoke too fast, I wasn’t confident. This judgment stayed with me…
I still have a memory of teenage me standing in front of my class doing a required speech, sweaty hands, my face on fire, and the times I looked up from my cards, I can still see my friends in the class using hand gestures to tell me to slow down.
This fear of speaking and being told I wasn’t good enough stayed with me throughout my career. I managed (when required) to get through presentations but it was never enjoyable, it was never something I looked forward to.
It was my young mentee in China who inspired me through her own actions to volunteer as a guest speaker at her University symposium in China in 2021 to present in front of 30+ university students with a translator. I loved it.
My key learning was that I had the confidence and ability all along, I just needed to believe in myself and focus on why I was speaking. Worrying about what others think became second to my passion to support others.

All through my school years, I avoided reading, inventing creative ways to pretend I had completed the required reading.
Now I consume books daily – fiction, and non-fiction, it is literally one of my favourite hobbies.
Pascall marshmallows and sweetened condensed milk are my all-time favourite sweet things.
You may think, okay sure everyone has their favourite snacks, but did you get a can of condensed milk on your 21st birthday as a gift? I did. And it wasn’t a joke gift either.
